his project represents the annual corporate event of SDG Group Italia, conceived and executed as a complex live production hosting over 600 attendees.
The entire event was managed end-to-end by our Producer, who oversaw every organizational and operational aspect, ensuring a seamless experience across all departments involved.

Pre-production included location scouting, technical planning, supplier coordination, catering management, scheduling and on-site logistics.
During the event, a fully customized stage setup was designed and implemented, featuring large LED walls and a complete live control room handling real-time direction and visual output.

A dedicated photo call experience was also designed and managed through an automated photo booth system, allowing guests to interact with the brand and generate shareable content throughout the event.

The event coverage was handled by a structured crew composed of two video operators and two photographers, coordinated to ensure full documentation of both stage moments and audience interactions.
Post-production focused on delivering a cinematic event recap, translating the scale, energy and professionalism of the event into a concise and impactful video.
